The structure can be made extremely rigid thanks to the anchoring brackets that secure both jaw supports once the desired opening has been defined. This minimizes the flexing typical of clamping at high heights, while maintaining high clamping force. The screw system, positioned close to the clamping surface, allows for increased gripping height without compromising effectiveness.

Final clamping is quick and intuitive: a special guide inserted inside the jaw assembly offers a comfortable 6 mm stroke, ensuring comfortable and immediate clamping.

The 5G vise is designed to adapt to the most modern production needs, offering a choice of base lengths and jaw heights, with a maximum opening of 510 mm and a clamping height of 190 mm. The wide range of quick-change jaws allows you to switch in seconds from clamping raw workpieces with hardened pins to clamping finished parts with ground jaws, and even machinable versions that adapt to complex shapes.
