The QUICK-CHANGE PLATES are a mechanical system for the rapid positioning and clamping of fixtures for securing workpieces that stands out for its wide range of variations, offering a solution suitable for every type of machine tool. Whether it’s round, rectangular, or square shapes, for single or multiple clamping, this system can be universally used on vertical and horizontal machining centers, on 3-axis and 5-axis plates, and can be integrated and expanded according to needs. This simple modular system is characterized by a reduced number of components, ensuring long-lasting durability and minimal maintenance.
ROUNDLOCK SYSTEM
The RoundLock clamping system is designed to simplify the clamping technique of components between 6 and 34 in diameter. Thanks to its ergonomic design it allows to obtain maximum accessibility during milling operations and uses common ER50 collets that can substituted with high-precision collets to maximize its performance. It is equipped with a bar passage to be able to work the components in series and the interface for Zero Point and Quick Change system combined with its lightness makes it the ideal tool to increase efficiency through its manual installation or via robot.
