Robi is a revolutionary modular and fully automated production system, designed to optimize manufacturing and storage activities: it integrates warehouses, fixtures and machine tools, improving production processes.

The supervisor software can now automatically manage the production cell, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
The software automatically manages the process and production change.
No need of part program or Robot Experience!
Based on machining cycles, the software suggests priorities and optimizes workloads.
A feature no other automation system offers today.
Robi with 56 trays and a load capacity of up to 250 kg each offers flexibility in storing various materials and equipments too.
The standard 600×800 trays simplify transports and movements.
Additionally, 240 internal guides support the trays, while the minimum distance of 65 mm between the guides maximizes the available storage space.
Bay on the operator side:
The operator can load and unload parts or equipment. The tray is easily removable for quick replacement.
The bays are independent so you can unload / load the operator bay while from the other bay the robot is serving the machines.
Robot side:
The tray is positioned for handling operations by the robot.
Trought a movable platform located in the middle side, ROBI can move trays up and down and on both bays on the sides.
It is equipped with brake pads for safety.
