FEATURES

Magnetism of the strong permanent magnet applied to the upper surface of the chuck through he square pole. With the N/S pole salternately arranged, a magnetic field is generated between the adiacent poles and which securely holds workpiece.

On the bottom of the square pale, a reversible magnet is fixed. Sending electric current through the coil of the magnet, the polarity of the reversible magnet is inverted. This operation converges the magnetism of the permanent magnet to extinguish the magnetic field on the upper surface of the chuck and releases the workpiece.

The magnetic chucks is divided into two blocks, in this way the upper plate precludes the entry of the chips.
